What we collect
- When you send a form: your name, your cell number or email (or both), and anything you choose to add, like a city, budget, timing or a note.
- The page you sent it from, when you sent it, and the consent wording shown with the form.
- When you text or call us: your number and what you tell us.
- Basic technical logs our hosting provider keeps for every website, like IP address and browser type, to run the site and block abuse.
We don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking on this site.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and connect you with an agent who specializes in new construction.
- To keep a record of what you asked for and what you agreed to.
- To keep the site working and stop spam.
Who sees it
We share your request only with the new-construction agent we connect you with. The companies that host this site, store requests and deliver our email and texts handle it for us, only to do that job.
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with lenders or anyone else for their own marketing. Beyond the agent and those companies, we share it only if the law requires it.
Texts
If you text us first, we text you back. Reply STOP to stop at any time. The text message terms have the details.
Keeping or deleting your information
We keep requests as long as we need them to help you and to keep the records the law requires. To see what you sent us, change it, or have it deleted, send us a note on the Talk to an agent page. We'll delete it unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Children
This site is for adults shopping for a home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
